Bullnet Gestión is a Spanish independent venture capital firm, managed by Javier Ulecia and Miguel del Cañizo.

Bullnet Gestion is specialized in technology oriented projects and currently manages two investment funds: Bullnet Capital I SCR and Bullnet Capital II SCR.

Bullnet Capital I was launched in 2002 with a capital commitment of €18 million, which have been completely invested. The fund is currently being divested.

Bullnet Capital II is a fund with expected final commitments of €30 million euros. It´s first closing has taken place in October 2007, and it is currently being invested.

Both funds main investors are promoter Bruno Entrecanales and the European Investement Fund, the EU specialized vehicle providing venture capital and guarantee instruments for SMEs.

Bullnet Gestion is structured under the Spanish law of "Sociedades Gestoras de Entidades de Capital Riesgo". All Bullnet Gestión and Bullnet Capital funds are supervised by the CNMV (Spanish SEC).
